How does my commission discount work?
Your 2% commission is deducted upfront from the recharge value. For a ₹19 recharge, commission is ₹0.38 and you pay ₹18.62. There is no additional reward credit for the same recharge. Savings summaries count only verified successful recharges; older reward-based requests retain their original terms.
Why is my payment being reviewed?
Payments are matched to the unique payment note and exact amount in the merchant’s received transactions. A payment app success screen alone cannot approve your request.
What if my recharge fails or stays pending?
Pending requests need reconciliation; please do not pay or submit the same recharge again. Failed paid requests require merchant review for refund. Wallet payments return to your wallet after a verified failed recharge. UPI refunds require merchant review.
